Your Periodontal Treatment Plan
During your first visit, Dr. O'Neal will review your restorative dentist's recommendations and talk with you about options for your periodontal care.
Together, you and Dr. O'Neal will develop a plan that includes your periodontal services, sequencing of appointments and the anticipated costs for each visit. Our friendly front office team will also assist you with making financial arrangements for your care.
Payment Options for Your Periodontal Services
We accept major credit cards, cash and checks.
CareCredit®
O'Neal Periodontics, P.C. is a participating provider for CareCredit® healthcare financing. CareCredit® is a healthcare credit card that can be used for treatment or insurance co-pays and deductibles.*

Dental Insurance
We are not a participating provider in any dental plan; however, we will submit your insurance pre-treatment estimate to your insurance provider at your request.
If you want us to file insurance on your behalf, please provide all requested insurance information before services are performed. We will collect an estimate of your portion of the treatment fees at the time of service and file your insurance claim. After insurance has paid, we will send a statement for any balance remaining. This balance will be due upon receipt of the statement.
If you do not wish to give us your social security number, you may choose to be a cash patient and pay at the time of service. We will provide you with a complete form to file your claim.
